Refund policy

Every piece we make at Karen Louise is hand crafted to high standard. We hope that you will be very satisfied with your purchase but in the event that you would like to return an item please see the policy below: 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and dustbag. Regretably the item will be returned if it has been used.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned.

Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, please return your item with full tracking and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for a lost parcel. 

The original postage fee will be deducted from the refund total, in the case of 'free shipping' £7.50 will be deducted. Postage fees will not be deducted in the event of an item being faulty.
